Description
A surprisingly melodic work, that is somewhat middle eastern sounding due to the I Ching Scale used. I would expect in a concert performance that at least one repeat would be skipped, but the original version with repeats is 14 minutes long. The scale passage for the horn near the end is quite hard, the rest is quite manageable for the average professional group.
