Dedicated to my father Oscar C. Burdick who played the organ for the premiere.
Premiered on "Circle Concerts 10" at Thousand Oaks Baptist Church, Albany, California on Friday, February 4, 1983 with Carl Bangs, conducting and Janet Finkbeiner, trumpet.
The final published edition was done February of 2015; more than half my life-time after the premiere.
